Yes! Our tea temple is compostable under industrial composting conditions (with your council food waste collection).

It is EN13432 certified – this is an EU standard that certifies products the biodegradability and composability of a product. To be EN certified, at least 90% of the material will break down into water, CO2, inorganics and biomass in 6 months at a temperature of 58 degrees c (ie under industrial composting conditions).
