Yes, you can do this directly from your teapigs account.
For online customers:
1. Log into your account: https://www.teapigs.co.uk/account/login
2. Click the Order History tab and select the order you'd like to view.
3. Once you've opened the order, click the printer icon located at the top right. This will bring up your order invoice, including the VAT records. You'll have the option to download the file as a PDF or print it directly to your printer.
For trade customers:
1. Log into your account: https://www.teapigs.co.uk/account/login
2. Find the required order in the recent activity and click on the order number.
3. Once you've opened the order, click the View & Download Invoice button. This will bring up your order invoice, including the VAT records. You'll have the option to download the file as a PDF or print it directly to your printer.
