If you've received tea temples that are split or damaged, don't worry! Just check the back of the pack for the batch code and the best before date. If you can, snap a quick photo of the faulty item – it'll really help us out.
Once you've got all the details, just reach out to us with your order number, tea blend, pack size, batch code, best before date, and your full address via our contact us page.
